1. Introduction
By subscribing to or purchasing premium ScrollVox features, you agree to this Agreement.
2. Plans
Available plans, durations, prices, and trials are displayed in the App and Apple purchase sheet. Offers may include weekly, monthly, or annual recurring subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. The Apple offer shown at purchase controls.
3. Premium Features
Premium access may include extended voice recognition, script creation and storage, advanced appearance, recording and customization, watermark-free export, or priority support. Exact features are shown in the App and may evolve.
4. Pricing and Payment
Apple processes all payments and charges your Apple ID at confirmation. Prices use the displayed local currency. Permitted price changes are handled under Apple’s rules, including notice or consent where required.
5. Automatic Renewal
Recurring subscriptions renew for the same duration unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before expiration at the price it displays.
6. Cancellation
Cancel only through Apple subscriptions settings. We cannot cancel for you. Access continues to the end of the billing period and unused portions are not partially refunded. A lifetime purchase is not auto-renewing and remains available while the App and purchased features continue to be offered, subject to law.
7. Refunds
Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com using your Apple ID and Apple’s instructions.
8. Free Trials
Trial availability and duration appear before purchase. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid and Apple charges the displayed price.
9. Availability
Premium features may be modified, updated, or discontinued with reasonable notice where appropriate. Maintenance and updates may temporarily interrupt access.
10. Restore Purchases
After reinstalling or changing devices, open the App’s membership or subscription page and choose Restore Purchases. Eligible active purchases are restored through Apple.
11. Agreement
By completing a subscription or premium purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement.
